设计构思   design concept

炙酒.鮨龙吟日料餐厅选址魔都上海，坐落于华亭湖畔。设计师保留原有的梁柱造型加以处理后融入空间中，突出“时间”的痕迹。空间整体采用自然朴素的设计风格，并用造景点缀升华，简约却庄重。

Xuanlong Intone Restaurant is located in Modu Shanghai, located on the bank of Huating Lake. The designer retains the original beam and column shape and integrates it into the space after processing, highlighting the trace of "time". The whole space adopts natural and simple design style, and embellishes with landscape sublimation, simple but solemn.

由砾石、黑松、黑木板构成的日式传统庭院是空间传递给客人的第一印象。自然的氛围撇开尘世喧嚣熙攘，如世外桃源一般。沿石阶而上，古朴自然的石灯笼与天然的石材点缀其中，为食客接风洗尘。

The traditional Japanese courtyard made of gravel, black pine and black wood panels is the first impression that the space conveys to guests. The nature of the atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the world, like a paradise. Along the stone steps, ancient and natural stone lanterns and natural stone embellished among them, for diners to take in the wind and wash the dust.

木制的隔扇门徐徐开启，现场手工打磨的肌理漆与极具通透质感的玻璃砖组成的墙面映入宾客眼中。粗糙的墙面与精致的细木格栅门形成了鲜明的对比，二者在温暖的灯光氛围下更凸显出其质感。

The wooden partition door is slowly opened, and the wall composed of hand-polished texture paint and glass bricks with a very transparent texture is reflected in the eyes of guests. The rough walls contrast sharply with the delicate fine wood grille doors, which accentuates their texture in a warm lighting atmosphere.

穿过廊道，到达板前料理区，规则的木格搭配不同纹理的竹帘，组成板前区的天花以及两侧墙体。“光影相生，润泽万物”,仿石材纹理背景与两侧透过木格散发出的微光在空间中交相辉映。

Through the corridor, you arrive at the Banqian cooking area, where regular wooden grids with bamboo curtains of different textures form the ceiling and walls on both sides of the Panqian area. "Light and shadow produce, moisten everything", the imitation stone texture background and the light emitted through the wooden lattice on both sides in the space complement each other.

宽阔的桧木吧台是来客和板前大将相互成就的场所。来客与大将神交于此，以一种特殊的方式联系彼此。每多一道料理，就多一份愉悦，品味食材魅力的同时，亦不乏视觉盛宴。

The wide cypress bar is a place where guests and the front general interact. Visitors mingle with the general God here and connect with each other in a special way. Each more dishes, more pleasure, taste the charm of the ingredients at the same time, there is no shortage of visual feast.

大厅侧面从“清酒文化”入手，利用一个近3m长的金属亚克力定制酒柜将空间一分为二，从双面视角满足了经营者对日本清酒的展示需求，又巧妙划分出两种不同氛围的用餐区域。

The side of the hall starts from "sake culture", and uses a metal acrylic custom wine cabinet nearly 3m long to divide the space into two parts, satisfying the operators' demand for displaying Japanese sake from a two-sided perspective, and cleverly dividing two dining areas with different atmospheres.

大厅另一端则利用透光树脂板柔和的光线均匀分布，萦绕朦胧质感，食客往来的空间互动，增加别致的用餐感受。

At the other end of the hall, the soft light of the transparent resin board is evenly distributed, haunting the hazy texture, and the space interaction between diners, increasing the chic dining experience.

餐厅的前堂一返常见商业的鲜亮与活泼，反而选择了陈列空间的留白与不争。低反差的颜色选择，柔和的灯光，平滑流畅的造型线条，无不在降低空间装饰的存在感。收敛锋芒，纯粹简单，追求“不说”的禅境。

The front hall of the restaurant returns to the bright and lively of the common business, but chooses the blank space of the display space and does not dispute. Low contrast color choice, soft lighting, smooth and smooth modeling lines, all reduce the presence of space decoration. Convergence of sharpness, pure and simple, the pursuit of "do not say" Zen environment.

在整个空间中，设计师都刻意选用了存留手工痕迹的材质。空间中各种因素造就了材料独一无二的色泽。因时间流动形成的独特肌理以及随时间变化的材质表面，都在提醒着宾客，岁月的痕迹正流淌于空间之中。

Throughout the space, the designer has deliberately chosen materials that retain the traces of handwork. Various factors in the space create the unique color of the material. The unique texture formed by the flow of time and the material surface that changes with time remind guests that the traces of time are flowing in the space.

这繁华都市一隅，隐于松江风月，掬一捧人间烟火，不局限于晨起暮落、柴米油盐的熏染，于此岁月简静，风烟俱净。

This corner of the bustling city, hidden in the Songjiang wind and moon, holding a bunch of human fireworks, not limited to the morning rise and fall, fuel, rice, oil and salt of the influence, in this time is quiet, wind and smoke are clean.
